On 27, 28 February and 1 March 2023, the PROSID partnership held the 3-day LTT event in Konya, Turkey. The Learning, Teaching, Training meeting was hosted by the Education Faculty of Necmettin Erbakan University, under the coordination and leadership of Prof. Dr. Hakan SARI.

The professionals attending the meeting presented the content of the innovative curriculum developed in the framework of the project:

R1 – PROSID Educational Modules “Employability Skills in the 21st Century”

Modul 1:  Motivating low skilled adults for lifelong learning (changing cognitive behaviours) (NEU)

Module 2: Discovering skills and abilities (DU)

Module 3: How to improve skills and abilities for the labour market (SPLB)

Module 4:  How to use basic ICT (after basic ICT, using internet, basic digital technologies, google, WhatsApp, and e-mail facilities and so on.) (NEU)

Modul 5: How to make a CV and write a letter of intention (HP)

Modul 6: How to be prepared for an effective interview (HP)

Modul 7: Improving Relations and effective communication skills (ECF)

Modul 8: How to begin looking for a job and why, what, where and how to find information

 about the labour markets (ECF)

Modul 9: Effective adaptation in employment process and job retention (DEGDER)

Modul 10:  Importance of Emotional intelligence in the labour market (Becoming a positive individual and effective inclusion in the society and in the labour market) (DEGDER)

Modul 11: How to be successful in the labour market (DU)

Modul 12: How to establish your own business in future (SPLB)

 

Throughout the learning process, participants expressed their satisfaction with the carefully thought-out, detailed and innovative curricular content. In the future, end-users will gain a lot of valuable information and well-applicable knowledge.

The attending experts agreed to extend the training material with multiple-choice quiz questions.

The partnership agreed on the next steps and deadlines for implementation.
