Within the scope of the ongoing ERASMUS+ Program, the “Multiplier Activities” meeting for the project titled “Supporting the Social Inclusion of Disadvantaged and Vulnerable Groups” with number 2021-1-TR01-KA220-ADU-000035258 was held by the Project partners.

Necmettin Erbakan University  – Turkiye

“Multiplayer Events” meeting for the project titled “Promoting Social Inclusion of Disadvantaged and Vulnerable Groups” numbered 2021-1-TR01-KA220-ADU-000035258 within the scope of ERASMUS+ Programme carried out by Necmettin Erbakan University was held on 8 December 2023 at 09:30 at Ahmet Keleşoğlu Faculty of Education Erol Güngör Conference Hall with our teachers and city administrators working with disadvantaged groups. The programme was attended by 137 people from different institutions. The programme started with the opening and greeting speech of Prof. Dr. Hakan Sarı, Head of Necmettin Erbakan University Special Education Department and Project Coordinator. The participants were informed about the individuals in disadvantaged groups in Turkey at the project meeting, which continued with the concert prepared by the faculty members of Necmettin Erbakan University music teaching department. Various presentations were shared with the participants within the scope of the programme by the staff of institutions and organisations that support individuals in disadvantaged groups in Konya province. After a productive day, opinions and suggestions regarding the multiplier events meeting of the project were requested from the participants after the meeting.

Duzce University – Turkiye

The “Multiplier Event” meeting was held by Düzce University on February 21, 2024. 71 people working in different institutions and organizations attended the meeting.

DEGDER – Turkiye

The “Multiplier Event” meeting was held by DEGDER on February 22, 2024. 82 people working in different institutions and organizations attended the meeting.

Euro Cons – Germany

The “Multiplier Event” meeting was held by Euro Cons on 22 February 2024. 31 people working in different institutions and organizations attended the meeting.

Spoluprácou pre lepšiu budúcnosť – Slovakia

The PROSID Workshop on Social Inclusion of Disadvantaged and Vulnerable groups in Slovakia organized by the civic association Spoluprácou pre lepšiu budúcnosť / Teamwork for a Better Future, took place on February 22, 2024, in the pleasant environment of the Hotel AQUA in Veľký Meder.

The main topic of the event was the support of disadvantaged and vulnerable groups. There was a great interest in participating in the workshop and many experts from different sectors, organizations and areas took part in it. The one-day workshop was attended by 32 participants from various organizations and areas.

During the PROSID Workshop, the results of the project were presented with an emphasis on PROSID Educational Modules “Employability Skills in the 21st Century” and Blended-Learning Training Programme with Motivational Videos for Social Inclusion „Sustainable Life in 21st Century” for disadvantaged and vulnerable groups. The PROSID Workshop also highlighted the importance of social, counselling and educational services for disadvantaged and vulnerable groups in facilitating social inclusion with a special focus on the following areas: promotion of lifelong learning, economic activity – preparation for the 21st century labour market, social participation and inclusion, dignity and quality of life.

In addition, some good practice examples were presented during the PROSID Workshop. Participants also acquired information on the Labour Market 2030+, EPALE and EUROPASS platforms. As part of the PROSID Workshop, a World Café discussion was held on “Supporting disadvantaged and vulnerable groups by developing skills for the 21st century”.

The participants found the workshop useful and gained up-to-date information and experience that they can use in their daily practice.

Human Profess – Hungary

The event was attended 30 people and attended by two associates of Human Profess Nonpr. Kft.: Mariann Magyar and Zsuzsanna Antal as speakers.

Participants included counsellors, trainers, career advisers, and career counsellors working in education, the social sector, governmental and non-governmental organisations. There were also employers, HR professionals, mentors, volunteers, participants in the piloting of the project’s training materials.

Multiplier event attracted widespread interest. The fact that parti came from such a heterogenous surroundings provided an opportunity for serving each other with new experiences and good practices. Several participants said that they gained not only new knowledge by the project, but that the new study, training programme, professionals, mentors they met at the event had clearly added value.

In addition to new knowledge, they have also increased their network of contacts, which they will be able to benefit from in the future.

After the presentations by Mariann Magyar and Zsuzsanna Antal, the professionals who tested the project’s training material were also given time to share their own experiences with the participants.
